At Elevé Dancewear, we want you to feel confident and inspired in your performance apparel. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in pristine condition.
Print and Ship
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
